For those of us that live in small rural towns that surround Worcester, it is easy to enjoy the slower pace of the countryside and to leave the fast paced, technology driven and business orientated life that we associate with the city, to those that actually live there. For those that resist the draw of the internet for whatever reason, be it fear of the unknown, security reasons or a belief that big brother is watching, the end result will be the same. Those that choose not to develop and learn will be left behind.

My cousin’s boyfriend is always going on ski vacations every winter time. He goes with his whole family, and it has become a part of their tradition. I’m thinking of incorporating this in to my own family. At the moment, it is just my husband and I. We could already go to the snow every year, but it would also be nice to take our children on annual trips as well. We definitely have to make it a part of our yearly activities as it would be so much fun for the family!

My family and I will spend the holidays in HongKong. I have already bought plane tickets, got hotel accommodations and secured Disneyland tickets which mean that all I have to worry about now is packing. Since my husband and I will be bringing along our 3 kids, 10-year-old as the eldest, we thought of buying additional carry-on luggage. And just what I am looking for, Eagle Creek luggage has this Eagle Creek Hovercraft 20 which is one of the lightest rolling suitcases that my eldest son could effortlessly bring along.

Welcome to Florida, I say to myself as soon as our plane landed. I am really excited for this holiday and am truly looking forward to a fabulous day in the pool, a leisurely spa and a lot of tasty food. My reservation is at Westgate and I am sure it will be fun. My friends have been there and they have eagerly recommended this resort.

My childhood days were fun and exciting. I had a childhood friend then who’s very naughty but someone I can really count on. We were used to call as childhood sweethearts by our parents. But we never mind and never give much thought about it. We love to go to a lot of places. I remember when we went to the island nearby our houses. We almost got trapped there when the water starts to rise up. I am so thankful because his very smart and always has a presence of mind so we were able to get out from that cave. Since then we tried to limit our little adventurous trips. The time came when they need to leave and settle to another state. It was a one of my saddest day when we he left. I feel like I lost not just my playmate but someone I truly love. At first we had communication but as time go by, it suddenly stop. Years gone by, I just go on with my life. And now I have a successful career. But still longing to see my childhood sweetheart. One day, when I was having a vacation in our ancestral house I had an unexpected visitor. Surprisingly, it was my childhood sweetheart. He became a pilot and is now flying out in different types of private jet charter. He said that he chose to fly out using jet charter because it could fly much faster than a regular aircraft. As part of his surprise, he invited me for a date. He told me that we will go to as much places as we could just like before in the olden days. And to be able to do that he said he rent a private jets for us. Also, this time his pilot friend will fly us out so we could catch up the lost time. We had such an incredible experience. An experience that has led us to begin another chapter of our lives.

I have been working real quite hard for the past seven years. My dedication to my career has certainly paid off in terms of career growth and compensation. But then again, the 70 hour work week has finally reached its toll on my health and mindset. Thus, I planned to have a 6-month long vacation and basically just hibernate.
